On February 9, join Chef Carl Heinrich of Toronto’s Richmond Station at Loyalist College for The Art of Flavour, the fifth dinner in this new Resto 213 culinary series. Beverage pairings for this event will be provided by Dan Sullivan of Rosehall Run.
The Art of Flavour events are unique in that they are comprised of a three-course menu designed by a local chef. The dishes are paired with a local craft brewer or winemaker. Guests will be treated to stories about each dish and pairing.
